Satisfaction is merely a psychological state which varies from person to person. If Designslibrary feels that the any of the service that we provide are upto the latest industry or market standards then 100% refund may not be fulfilled. Only those services/designs which are buggy or not upto the mark are liable under 100% satisfaction guarantee.

11. On time guarantee
Product or services provided under On time Guarantee may not be fulfilled in case of situations beyond the control of Designslibrary such as natural calamities or any Act of God. In the case of an unknown/unplanned event or problem, Designslibrary reserves the right to change the estimated or promised time after informing the client.

12. Latest technology
Designslibrary uses the latest technology that is currently available in the market or currently the latest version (in case of a software) best known to us (unless the client specifically demands any other technology to be used). Beta versions or technologies that are not yet largely popular/acceptable in the market may not be used.

13. Entire Agreement.
